Most of what's on our menu is sourced as locally as possible. Our Bedford Banger sausages are made down the road, our smoked salmon sourced through GCH — valued for quality and freshness, market-fresh fruit and vegetables from The Fruit & Veg Man, Bedford, bread baked overnight in Hitchin, and our eggs are James Murdoch's free-range — all the way from Cardington.
