What you’ll eat at the June Supper Club - 26/27 June 7pm +.

Starters

  • Mediterranean lamb skewers with Turkish flatbread, slow cooked red peppers, sumac onions, marinated cucumber & strained yoghurt

  • Sushi grade tuna tartar, mirin & miso dressing, sesame, nori, avocado & pickled ginger

  • Shallot tarte Tatin with vintage balsamic & brandy, Café de Bedford butter (V)

Mains

  • Corn fed chicken supreme with a sage & onion crumb, smoked garlic sausage, truffled mushroom puree, chicken salt polenta ‘sumo chips’, rich dark chicken & Madeira sauce

  • Seabass fillet with slow roast lemon & garlic jersey royal potatoes, French beans, samphire, mussels and saffron & seafood seafood sauce

  • San Sebastian Pinxtos plate: Carbon brie with ajo blanco, Salad Nacional, paella oscuro, spinach & Manchego croquette, patatas bravas, Gilda & romesco sauce (V)

Desserts

  • Burnt MK40 honey tart, bee pollen, honeycomb & Pedro Ximénez ice cream

  • English strawberry mousse, strawberry granita & a cheeky strawberry daiquiri shot

  • Chocolate tart with cacao pastry & black cherry sorbet
