What you’ll eat at the Spring Supper Club.

Starters

  • Trio of Croquettes

    Beef bourguignon, jamón serrano & Manchego, and chicken & wild garlic. Three little fried parcels with three different dips.

  • Seared Scallops (GF, £3 supp)

    Hand-dived scallops, white onion purée, Parma ham crisps, chive oil.

  • English Asparagus (V)

    English asparagus, poached hen's egg, mashed peas, aged Lancashire cheese, lemon.

Mains

  • Seared Rump of Lamb (GF)

    Pink-roasted rump of lamb, purple potato boulangère, sprouting broccoli, red wine, shallot & bone marrow sauce.

  • Baron Bigod & Tomato Tart (V)

    Baron Bigod cheese, Isle of Wight tomato & caramelised shallot tart, dressed leaves, balsamic.

  • Roast Cod Loin (GF)

    Cod loin with chorizo & cannellini bean cassoulet, samphire, lemon oil.

Desserts

  • Gâteau Opéra (V)

    Almond joconde sponge, coffee buttercream, dark chocolate ganache, coffee syrup.

  • Key Lime Pie (V)

    Classic Key lime pie with a mojito sorbet.

  • English Strawberry Tart (V)

    Crisp pastry, vanilla mascarpone, English strawberries, basil syrup.
